Monday - Friday*
11:00 AM - 12:15 PM - Ages 10 and under (11:00-11:15 on deck warm up)
12:00 - 1:30 PM - Ages 11 and up (12:00-12:15 on deck warm up)

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (unless there is a swim team conflict)
6:00 to 7:00 PM - Ages 10 and under
7:00 to 8:00 PM - Ages 11 and up

*Note: Tuesdays are reserved only for divers who will compete in that evening's meet.
